What data we process
The details you enter in the application form (company, contact person, email, phone, country, city, service details and your message), passenger and job details needed for bookings and operations, and technical records kept for security (an irreversible hash of your IP address, session cookies).
Why we process it
To review your application and to enter into and perform the partnership agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and to keep the system secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold. It is shared only as far as the service requires (e.g. passenger details with the supplier performing the transfer) and with our hosting and email providers under contract.
How long we keep it
Applications that are not approved are kept for up to 12 months; business relationship data for the legal retention periods.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to ops@paxveltransfer.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

This site only uses session and language cookies that are necessary for it to work; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.
